We always believe in offering best quality service. In a scenario where you feel dissatisfied with out services or general approach, we give you a chance to explain this to us and would be ready to offer you a refund based on the specific case.
However to ensure fairness on both sides, we have some specific rules which needs to be followed when asking for a refund.
A-Z Application Guidance Refund Policy
In case you have issues after paying for our service, we expect you to inform within 5 days of commencement of the service as we believe that in that period of time, we would have already made enough progress in the application and added enough value in terms of guidance. Hence any refund claimed beyond 5 days after the start of the service will not be entertained.
In case a refund is issued, please note that we will deduct an amount between 3000 to 5000 based on the amount of time already spent on the application.
